  1. What wonderful advice! We joined a gym this year and have been trying to modify our lifestyle slowly to incorporate more exercise and better eating habits!

  2. It drives me nuts when I hear about new diet pills on the radio. SO many people are unwilling to just accept that good diet and exercise is the only way to get the results that will last.
